How long does it take?

We recommend that you plan to do the course over approximately six weeks, taking on a new module each week. However, as it’s self-paced you can stretch out the content and revisit the topics and activities that you need to focus on more. It's also fine to front-load all the workshops to understand the big picture and then take your time with the activities for as long as you need to; until your new healthy habits become second nature. 

To be clear, I don’t offer miracle cures!

So, whilst my commitment is to provide you with expert knowledge, first-hand experience and coaching tools, the other half of the equation to get results is in your hands. For that, you need to be ready to invest in you and your selfcare. That probably means digging deep and making some changes, because whatever you have been doing is not working for you and your health.
