Terms of Purchase

1. Introduction

This Terms of Purchase agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between

Kate Flowerdew Wellbeing, hereby referred to as "Provider," and you, hereby referred to as "Programme Participant," effective as of the date of acceptance by Participant. By purchasing a programme, accessing, or using the services provided by Provider, Participant agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

Provider grants Participants access to the Sugar Fixed Pilot Programme ("Services") subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement. Services include webinars, coaching, and online resources within the Sugar Fixed Pilot Programme, as updated from time to time at the discretion of Provider.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Programme Fee

Participant agrees to pay the upfront fee of £99 for the six-week Programme ("Programme Fee"). The one-off payment is due upon enrolling in the Programme.

3.2 Payment Method

Payments are processed through Stripe. Participant authorises the Provider to automatically charge the payment method provided for the upfront payment fee due and payable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel within the first week of their Programme by contacting Kate Flowerdew via email at [email protected]

with reasons for the request to cancel. A refund will be provided within 7 working days. Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the Programme starting. Refunds are not provided after the first week of the Programme.

5. Access and Usage Rights

The Programme grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services according to this Agreement. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to the Services are owned by the Provider or its licensors. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of such content without express written authorisation from the Provider.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Provider does not guarantee specific results from the use of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Provider's liability to the Participant for any reason and upon any cause of action is limited to the amount the Participant has paid to the Provider under this Agreement during the twelve (12) months before such a claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association]. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

10. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by UK law . Any disputes hereunder shall be adjudicated in the courts of the UK.

11. Amendments

Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with notice to the Participant.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing the Sugar Fixed Pilot Programme and accessing the Services, the Participant signifies their acceptance of this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policies

If within 7 days of starting the Programme, you decide not to continue, you may request a full refund.

To obtain a refund, contact us at [email protected], including your name and account details.Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of cancellation.

No Refunds Policy After 7 Days

After the first 7 days of the Programme, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures the integrity of the Programme, as Participants gain instant access to resources and coaching.

Limitation of Liability Clause

Under no circumstances shall Kate Flowerdew Wellbeing or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Kate Flowerdew Wellbeing’s liability will always be limited to the amount paid by the Participant for the Programme.
